• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent;
• Corporate member of the HKIE (Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services discipline), or equivalent;
• Registered Professional Engineer holder (RPE);
• Minimum 8 years post graduate experience in design and site supervision and minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Engineer, or equivalent;
• Responsible for site coordination;
• Be adaptable and able to work independently and have strong organization and communication skills and supervisory skills of technical / site staff; and
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
