Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the large-scale multi-disciplinary building services projects from tendering, negotiation to project manage / execution from design stage to expiry of DLP stage
• Monitor the financial and contractual aspects of the projects and ensure all works are in compliance of contractual requirements
• Supervise the site progress and complete the projects on schedule within budget
• Liaise all works with various parties/stakeholders between clients, main contractors and consultants

Requirements:

• Higher Dip. or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 15 years' HVAC experience in large - scale building services projects (Casino/Hotel/Convention & Exhibition Center or similar nature) gained from construction companies / contractors is preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Possess excellent leadership and management skills
• Qualification with MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent is highly preferred
