Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management to meet the contractual, technical, quality, cost, statutory, safety, environmental as well as scheduling requirements of the project.
• To closely monitor the work progress of the project, sub-contractors' performance, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of project;
• Identify potential construction problems, investigate preventive measures, standardisation, and innovate technique in related to selective construction process;
• Review, advice and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the project;
• Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement;
• Attend regular project meetings and liaise with client's representative, architects and sub-contractors; and
• Monitor the overall financial, commercial and contractual aspects of projects to safeguard the company's interest.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Studies or other construction related disciplines with professional qualifications;
• At least 10 years proven experience in the project management of sizable construction projects of which 5 years minimum in facade project management is required;
• Hands on experience in project management with sound technical knowledge, strong ownership to meet the project requirements;
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English;
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills;
• Enthusiastic about job and strong career mind; and
• Travel outside Hong Kong, in particular to China, to monitor the material production/fabrication plants' works progress and quality as required.
