ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage pre and post contract management.
• To set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team
• To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement
• To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible
• To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committee
• To set up and implement change management
• To ensure that deliverable are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved
• To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs
• Challenge internal processes and add value to strategic procurement options

Requirements:

• Degree or above qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent disciplines
• Candidate with Macau ID is a MUST, this role station in Macau
• Member of HKIS with minimum 3 years of post-qualification working experience in construction consultancy projects (Candidate with less qualification will be considered as Quantity Surveyor)
• First class client interfacing skills and experience in working with international clients with the capacity to adapt to new environments and cultural experiences quickly
• Candidates with previous experience in government housing projects preferable
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in English language both written and verbal
