Job repsonsibilities:

1. Participate in all aspects of material measurement, including engineering change assessment, and file a change claim with Party A
2. Negotiations with contractors and suppliers and final accounts
3. Prepare the project budget and participate in the project bid
4. A list of the various types of work and preparation works for buildings by graph
5. Familiarity and research on Party A contract, for the company to fight for rights and interests
6. Preparation of subcontract documents
7. Application for interim payment from Party A and review of subcontracting and supplier payments
8. Completion settlement of Party A and subcontractors or suppliers
9. Other work assigned by the company and the leadership

Requirements:

1. Number measurement, degree holder sits in construction majors/cost majors/or related disciplines
2. Qualified material surveyor (MHKIS/MRICS), preferably with consulting experience
3. Familiar with Excel, AutoCad and other office and engineering softwares
4. Good listening and writing skills in both Chinese and English
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Familiar with the price of manpower, materials and machines in the Hong Kong market
7. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
