Responsibilities:

• Handle building materials procurement;
• Ensure all works are carried out in good building practice and in compliance with contract requirements;
• Attend meetings and discuss the works with Architects, clients and their representatives;
• To perform any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies/ Building Surveying/ Construction/ Civil/ Structural Engineer/ Architectural Studies or related discipline;
• Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded;
• Positive working attitude and able to work independently;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• More experience would be considered as Project Co-ordinator.
