Our Client is Tier 1 Contractor in Hong Kong. To expand the talent and development team, They're seeking for Training Officer/Senior Training Officer with construction or facility management job reference. For the right candidate, they can provide stable working environment with career path.

Package: Base Salary x 12 Months + Year End Bonus 2 Months 

Work for 5 days -  AL: 13 days 

• Assist on Development program, training course for employees 
• Orientation and new training initiatives to enhance employee's performance/development 
• Data Analysis and review consultation 
• Maintain Learning system and reports to Manager 
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders 

Job Requirements

• Degree Holders/ HD 
• Minimum 5 years in Training and development experience with Construction/Real Estate/Facility Management firm job reference
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills 
• Willing to learn and good team-player 
• Good Command in English and Chinese
