Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management and coordination of Building Services project including project progress, quality control, cost control and client relations
• Design, project planning & management, site progress monitoring and all engineering matters in the project
• Coordinate and liaise with client, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects.
• Prepare government submissions in addition & alteration and new development Project
• Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement
• Attend regular site meeting and liaise with client's representative, architects and sub-contractors
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects 

Requirements: 

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Structural / Building Services / Civil / Construction / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years post-qualification experience in the construction industry
• Good understand of the Building Department's regulations is a must
• Sound management and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, responsible, able to work under pressure
