Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate resources of BIM Section
• Establish, execute and manage the BIM implementation
• Develop BIM implementation strategy
• Develop BIM standards
• Explore and Evaluate new BIM related software platforms and technologies
• Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC
• BIM Process Management

Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 10 years or above relevant experience in BIM / Architectural / Building Service consultant or contractor
• Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling
• Good knowledge of construction
• Good knowledge of BIM software
• Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently

 Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior BIM Engineer.
