Job Description
Our client is a HK reputable listed contractor, they are now hiring in both HK and Macau sides for the QS positions, below you may find the details:
Responsibilities:
- Assist manager in contractual administration and project management work
- Assist Project team in contractual and commercial matters
- Familiar with either E&M or Civil projects
- Responsible for handling project budgets, variations order, claims submission and payments
- Review of cash flow, cost Planning and Estimation
- Ensure the compliance of company policy
- Monitor tendering process and negotiate with consultants and contractors
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
- 5years QS experience
- Possess of membership of HKIS/RICS
