Building Service Coordinator (stationed/co-ordinating on site)

Job duties include supervising/monitoring site progress and E&M installation works, check design submissions, site supervision, site inspection, attendance at meetings, liaison with Consultants, sub-contractors and client.

Requirement:

At least Higher Certificate in relevant discipline experience in similar project

At least 5 years relevant experience in similar project;

Experience with site co-ordination and review of contract drawings and specifications, submittal review, site reviews, and RFI responses;

Self-motivated, strong communication and organization skills;

Good command of both written and spoken English.
