• Oversee builder’s work & fitting out works
• At least 5 years' exp. in project & construction management
• Day-to-day management of the project
• Co-ordinate and liaise with the various vendors
• Ensuring that all project deliverable comply with approved quality standards.  
• Manage and supervise the interior design team and external consultants for the interior design works 
• INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE and with strong sense of RESPONSIBILITY
• Proficient in furniture drawing
