Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager to monitor the progress of interior decoration and renovation works
• Assist to prepare tenders and contracts for the works
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties on repairs, renovation and minor A&A projects

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma / Certificate in Surveying/ Architectural Design / Interior Design
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Practical skills in use of AUTOCAD
• Knowledge of construction and related ordinance
