Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering;
• To handle pre-contract and post contract stage;
• Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors and clients;
• To perform any other ad hoc duties;
• Diploma or Degree holder in relevant field or equivalent;
• At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably with fitting out contractor experience;
• Good computer skill in MS Word & MS Excel;
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
