Our Client, a fast growing architectural consultancy firm specializing in architectural, interior and landscape design services with headquarters in Shenzhen, China. They are seeking for an Interior Design Director (Hospitality) with a good taste and a strong sense of Asian culture to join their Shenzhen studio.

Responsibilities

• Report to the top management;
• To lead the design team to deliver design concept to project completion;
• To develop new businesses for the company and maintain the effective relationships with existing clients by nurturing the relations;
• Oversee the process of recruiting and retaining of the employees of the company to ensure that the standard of a company never deteriorates.

Requirements

• Min. 15 years of creative leadership and project management experience;
• Proven track record in the luxury hotel and F&B project, experience taking projects from design concept to completion;
• Familiar with planning, design & execution, project management, material sourcing, selection and pricing in local market;
• Exceptional design ability and proven track record in developing long-term client relationships;
• Strong leadership skills & technical knowledge;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency computer software skills in  Adobe CS and AutoCAD;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua is preferred, but not essential.
