Responsibilities

• Create seasonal collection and styling for Women’s ready-to-wear
• Develop theme, color, fabrication, styles and fashion graphics
• Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes, sourcing of fabrics and trims, sample fitting, etc.
• Initiate and follow up on all sample making related progress improvements and development, include all related instructions and documentations.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on daily smooth operation
• Attend weekly business review and seasonal recap meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in fashion design
• Min. 5-6 year’s proven experience in apparel high end fashion design.
• Strong knowledge and applications in garment techniques and fabrications
• Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
• IT knowledge on production drawings
• Fluent in English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
