Responsibilities

一、Formulate product design strategy and plan

1.Accurately grasp the international fashion trend, and determine the annual development plan and cycle;

2. According to the requirements of enterprise product development strategy and annual design plan, complete product planning, design tasks, control product quality and design cost, and strictly Implement the design budget;

3. Providing the Marketing Department with specific market positioning, popular style, collocation plan, fabric, color, selling point of style and other relevant explanatory materials for product.

4. Ensure the orderly progress of the whole process from design, selection, sample making to mass production.

二、Organize clothing design

1.Combining the company’s brand position with annual operation objectives to formulate product development strategies. Determine product requirements of combination, design, price, specific structure. Combine product innovation with cost control. And considering the possibility of mass production of product from the perspective of design.

2. Develop the process of product design;

3. Design clothes that are popular in China.

三、Team management

1.Distribute new product design tasks and coordinate staff relations;

2. Set up a design team and make a talent cultivation plan;

3. Train, assess and motivate team members.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree and above, majoring in clothing and textile design；

2. At least 8 years of experience in clothing design management, including at least 3 years of team management experience;

3. Excellent fashion and artistic taste, business insight；

4.Good at managing the whole process of clothing design production. Proficient in clothing manufacture craft

5. Excellent abilities of design management and communication, Familiar with clothing design skills, to design own unique originality and in-depth understanding.
