Job Duties:

• Report directly to the Financial Controller, overseeing the finance and accounting functions
• Handling accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), & general ledger
• Provide month end closing including balance sheet schedules
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in audits, work closely with the group’s external auditor in completing annual audit processes
• Perform Ad-hoc jobs as assigned

Requirements:

•         Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting or Finance          related discipline
•         Minimum 5 years’ finance and accounting experience
•         Proactive, good problem solving and communication skills
•         Experience in audit firm is preferred
•         Hands on experience in handling full set of accounts
•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and              PowerPoint
•         Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
•         Able to work independently, self-motivated, mature and              punctual
•         Willing to work under pressure and tight deadline
•         Immediate available is preferred
