RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating characters, buildings, environment based on concept art or reference photos

• Partner with the Game Director, Production and Art Manager to ensure the team meets business needs.

• Collaborating with the art director and concept artists to set the visual style and quality bar

• Ability to give and receive feedback with concept artists and character artists

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience as a game artist / visual development artist for games companies

• Have an experience in executing game artwork, and at least one shipped title is a plus

• Passion and enthusiasm in creating games and playing games

• Strong basic drawing skill

• Creative mindset

• Autonomous and proactive

• Ability to create, adapt, and iterate, within a variety of artistic styles

• Excellent self-organisation and self-motivation abilities

• Able to receive and give constructive criticism/ feedbacks

• Willingness to mentor and share skills and experience with other team-members

• Oral and written communication English skills 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PULSES):

• Experience on Blender, Unity, Substance designer and painter 

• Good Documentation Skill 

• Good Icon Drawing Skill 

• Strong sense of machine,robot design

• Comfortable to work in International/English speaking environment
