This is an interior design specialist with project portfolio in hospitality projects in Southeast Asia. Working with different hospitality clients, they are looking for an experience project manager with interior designer background to join them.

what you do...

• Daily coordination/management of consultant/ architect/ contractor/ supplier/ project team/ design team, to make sure delivering projects successfully to client and assist in project closed out
• Site coordination & inspection.
• Preparation of tender documents and assist with tendering process
• Assist, create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Reviews deliverable prepared by consultants before passing to stake holders
• Assist in review and finalization of Design and Operational Brief, feasibility study of project scope, assist in preparation of detail scope sheet and program
• Assist in ensuring project documents are complete, current, and filed according to requirements of the project
• Maintain strict adherence to the guidelines, quality and safety standards

what you need...

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplines
• 10+ years of experience in design project management. 
• Experiences in Casino projects is highly preferred
• MUST worked as an interior designer before.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Aconex
• Good command in English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin
• Good knowledge of the whole project from design to construction stage.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Travel is required
• Immediate availability preferred
