Job Description
Business Analysis Manager (E – commerce)
Job Duties
- Support e-Commerce Operations Services Manager to maintain smooth daily e-Commerce operations in different local markets to drive profits
- Coordinate and implement the Loyalty Program system that enables cardholders to redeem credits, and enhances the Loyalty Program card to become a virtual credit card
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
- Suggest changes to refine and streamline e-Commerce operations workflows with the goal of optimizing working efficiency and productivity without sacrificing quality
- Prepare training documentation and coach team members to use technical solutions to run online business appropriately
- Formulate and prepare Test Case and Scripts, Administration and User Guide, Training Material etc.
- Work with 3rd party vendors/partners to enhance product offering, partnership and enhancement
- Collaborate with IT technical team, contribute to IT solutions, and ensure project deliverables meet the business needs
- Work with all relevant parties to define/refine and document Standard Operating Procedure for business to adopt and follow
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices and be involved in the Worldwide community of digital payment
- Coordinate the project outstanding actions and follow up on client requirements to ensure project is proceeding on the right track
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 5 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce/3rd party e-Marketplace, mobile, multi-channel and/or digital system integration
- Strong problem solving, analytical skill and patience with a demonstrate high attention to detail
- Passionate about Digital or E-commerce trends
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing industry and marketplace
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Conduct social media and campaign analysis - providing insights for campaign optimizations
- Be aware of digital and social media trends
- Be proactive in sharing meaningful insights on a regular basis
- Conduct evaluation against competitors and market positioning
- Social Media listening support across business units
- Provide technical support and training for business units
- Collaborate with IT technical team, contribute to IT solutions, and ensure project deliverables meet the business needs

Requirements

- 5 years relevant working experience in social media and website data analytics
- Advance knowledge in website data analyticswebsite data analyticswebsite data analytics
- Knowledgeable and have a thorough understanding of social media listening tools, algorithms and third-party data feeding
- Experienced in developing and implementing KPI measurement frameworks for organic and paid social media campaigns
- Proficient working knowledge in social media platform analytics, Google Analytics and its functions for data analysis
- Comfortable in working with mix of regular and ad hoc analytics projects

Job Duties
- Assist to liaise with client on new application systems projects
- Monitor and manage the progress of IT projects and change requests
- Conduct and study user and system requirements, provide system design and evaluation subject to user requirements and compile user requirement specification
- Prepare system prototype and manage system scope and user expectations
- Identify, analyze, and define business needs and propose business solutions (either workflow change or the need to add/modify the IT systems) that enable the company to do business better
- Collaborate with IT technical team, contribute to IT solutions, and ensure project deliverables meet the business needs
- Work with all relevant parties to define/refine and document Standard Operating Procedure for business to adopt and follow
- Formulate and prepare Test Case and Scripts, Administration and User Guide, Training Material etc.
- Coordinate the project outstanding actions and follow up on the clients’ requirements to ensure the project is proceeding on track
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 5-year relevant working experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) tools and Internet Booking Engine (IBE) would be advantageous
- A team-player with good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Possess good logical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
