The Job:

• Source capable Cosmetics & Personal care products suppliers to expand vendor pool
• Conduct market research and prepare statistics report to assist Manager and Marketing team to develop business strategies
• Prepare detailed presentation with copy-writing and design for each product to be launched on the e-commerce platform 
• Handle whole supply chain cycle from supplier briefing, product development, price negotiation, sampling handling, order follow-up, shipment coordination and claim handling and etc.
• Work with QA team to verify and evaluate on both suppliers and products qualifications
• Maintain and ensure records accuracy in Purchasing Order system

Requirements:

• Degree holder in  Marketing / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or equivalent disciplines
• At least 2-3 years in merchandising and e-commerce
• Sound knowledge and experience in Cosmetics & Personal care category
• Good organization and communication skills
• Well disciplined & can work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediately available is preferred
