Key Purpose

This role is responsible for designing and developing all email campaigns for both Hong Kong & China, as well as other CRM assets. With both a creative and technical eye, we are looking for someone who will make significant step changes to the look & feel of our digital communications.

Areas of Responsibility

• Fully support the CRM team, designing and building email campaigns that meet the brief’s requirements and deadlines
• Work closely with the broader Marketing Communications team to ensure creative output is aligned
• Ensure campaigns are optimised for all browsers and devices
• Source additional imagery and assets where content is not readily available
• Provide forward thinking ideas and concepts to innovate and evolve our email marketing campaigns
• Work with the CRM team to identify creative A/B testing opportunities
• Ensure best practises are adopted for all email campaign output
• Upload and configure content is our ESP (Emarsys) and manage testing & sign off process
• Monitor competitor campaigns and highlight any content/creative interests

Key Competencies

• Highly skilled CRM designer with a minimum of two years’ experience in either a creative agency or in-house design team
• Experience in small and large scale projects
• Experience in creative and testing strategies
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Studio Suite tools
• HTML literate
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Must have experience with automating emails through object-orientated programming languages, e.g. AMPScript
• Emarsys experience is desired but not essential
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Awareness of contemporary digital design whilst maintaining brand guidelines
