Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation eShop / e-Marketplace and Customer Relationship Management Platforms
• Conduct retailers’ registration, administration and working with retailers to meet the requirements on inventory, service and product quality
• Assist client to manage and monitor the eShop / e-Marketplace on day-to-day basis, such as product upload, update on various e-commerce system, etc.
• Work close with retailers, collection points’ operators and logistics fulfillment parties to ensure on time and accurate order fulfilment.
• Investigate and handle the systems’ operation related complaints
• Communicate with relevant parties on potential issues to ensure on-time delivery and assure shopper’s satisfaction
• Provide instruction and training to retailers, collection points’ operators and client on operating the eShop / e-Marketplace and Customer Relationship Management Platform.
• Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks related to the e-Marketplace and Customer Relationship Management Platform as requested from time to time

Requirements:

• University graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in handling the day-to-day operation and support of eShop / e-Marketplace, in particularly customer care, helpdesk support and content upload
• Possess strong communication skills
• Familiar with various e-commerce with knowledge in HTML will be an advantage
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to details
• Self-motivated, independent and hard-working
• Good written and oral communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
