Our client, a HK renowned lifestyle interior fit-out company, is now inviting a high caliber candidate to join them as eCommerce Manager to lead and manage the newly created eCommerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the overall strategy and direction of the eCommerce channels for generating leads, driving B2B and B2C sales, and thus supporting long-term business growth
• Build, maintain and enhance constantly the eCommerce channels for ensuring a smooth operation with optimal outcome
• Take the lead in optimizing daily traffic and driving excellent customer experience across the eCommerce channels.
• Identify new sales opportunities, plan and implement strategic online marketing campaigns for different business purposes, e.g. product launch, promotions, etc., aiming at driving traffic and gaining market exposure
• Keep abreast of the market trend through research and analysis, and identify new channels, partnership or co-brand opportunities and provide go-to-market suggestions with new insights 
• Develop and manage the Product Information Management System (PIM)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in eCommerce, marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant eCommerce experience, preferraby gained from luxury or retail industries
• With APAC experience is highly preferred
• Experience in developing and managing newly created eCommerce platforms
• Know-how and experience in Shopify, PIM, ERP or sales system is definitely an advantage
• Strong project and time management skills with proven record in leading large-scale projects
• A good team player demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant eCommerce Manager
