- Work closely with business divisions and IT development teams
- Support full cycle of project management with SDLC, Agile/Scrum approach
What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Provide support on clarifying or defining project scope, objectives, and execution processes
- Work with all relevant stakeholders and maintain the communications happening smoothly
- Develop detailed project plans and actively track progress
- Manage project performance using appropriate tools or data and techniques
- Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks and manage Change Management effectively
The following attributes will be value...
- Degree in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in IT project management
- Working experience in Telecom domain is an advantage
- Familiar with SDLC, Agile & Scrum (PSM) would be an advantage
- PMP and Scrum Master certificated is highly preferred
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong influencer and executor with proven track record
