Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Leadership Institute is looking for a high-calibre candidate who is positive, self-motivated, futuristic and committed to serving young people with a strong drive to strive for continual improvement and with a high level of personal integrity.
The Institute is now located at the revitalised former Fanling Magistracy with a new lodge for accommodation. It harnesses the vision to support Hong Kong's sustainable growth with capable and devoted homegrown young leaders. We are looking for effective team members with focuses on School of Communication which aims to enable young people to communicate effecively, efficiently and emphathetically. They also learn how to listen, discern and act for personal development and serving our society. The Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead a team and oversee the School development for the beneficiaries and the Institute;
  • Develop School curriculum, including course design and trainer liaison; Clients/Targets may include young people, schools, corporates and potential stakeholders;
  • Design, set and evaluate plans and strategies for publicity;
  • Explore partners and resources and set budget;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields:

  • Recognised university graduate in Communication, Languages, Education, IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Essential requirements:

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge in training, education, e-learning is an advantage
  • Be tech-savvy

  • Possess qualities to excellence
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Be able to work independently and as a team
  • Eager to work with young people and in a non-profit setting

Additional Requirements:
