Job Description & Responsibilities

* Lead and manage production engineering team;

* Supervise and lead the operations of manufacturing facilities to meet production targets;

* Knowledge of operations of air compressor & air conditioner is an added advantage;

* Carry out production corrective and preventive measures;

* Design production jigs & fixture and manage out-source fabrication;

* Prepare work instructions and conduct on-the-job training to production personnel;

* Identify projects for safety, quality and productivity improvement;

Job Requirements

* Higher Certificate / Diploma holder in mechanical engineering, production, manufacturing or related discipline;

* At least 4 years experience in manufacturing environment in production, engineering or technical support;

* Good communication and supervisory skills;

* Candidates with less experience may also apply the post of Assistant Supervisor;

* Knowledge of engineering drawing software is an added edge;
