Responsibilities:

• To Prepare single services / E&M shop drawings including layout drawing, Pipe duct details, plant room details, CSD & CBWD
  
• Prepare CAD drawing with accuracy
• Ensure drawings conform to project’s requirements and instructions from project engineers
• Coordinate drawing/modification changes with concerned parties
• Keep records of version history and version control of the drawings
• Capable in handling project independently and under pressure

Requirements:

• Min 3 years or above working experiences AutoCAD
• DSE or Certificate or Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Competent use of computing software (such as MS Office)
• Preferrably in 3D / BIM knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment on project timeline
• Hardworking and energetic and work independent
• Immediate availability is preferable
