Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver security and quality compliance, based ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000
• Carry out quality review and auditing services for operational risks and work process review in the organization
• Work with business units to identify the compliance requirements, develop control measures and any regular compliance report as required
• Develop and conduct internal training on all compliance related issues
• Assist to review, maintain and enhance the existing compliance manual and procedures
• Work with external consultants and auditors to pass annual audit
• Perform risk assessment in the organization

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma holder on Computer Studies or Information Technology is preferred
• Qualified professional certification in CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 LA or ISO 9001 LA
• Experience in operations/work flow review and change projects
• Experience with information security management frameworks, ISO 27001, is highly preferred
• Experience with quality management frameworks, ISO 9001, is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge and experience in technical and process documentation
• Self-motivated team player and be able to work under pressure
• Ability to manage a small project and facilitate collaboration with external stakeholders
• Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese
