Job Description

• Coordination of work sequence and interfacing details between BS installation and builder’s works requirement;
• Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS submission;
• Lead and organize project meeting for Building Services and Utilities Coordination;
• Monitoring site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation

Job Requirement

• HD or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline;
• at least 1 year relevant experience in E&M / building  services coordination / installation / Maintenance works  
• Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage;
• Candidate with more experience / academic qualification / chartered membership will be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer
