• Handle material sourcing, price negotiation with suppliers, issue PO, quality assurance and shipment follow up
• Work with Project Team closely
• Build and execute a purchasing plan to meet production schedule and requirements
• Preparing regular Purchasing Schedule
• Follow up orders from beginning to end independently

Requirements

• Diploma or above in construction/ engineering or business administration related disciplines
• 3 years' sourcing & marketing experience in building products
• Independent and self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
• Fluent in English & Chinese (written & spoken) and Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Good team player with strong supplier & customer orientation
• Computer skill - MS Office including Chinese word processing is a must
• Fresh graduates with strong academic record will also be considered
