Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project management
- Liaise with customer in project initial stage for clarification/negotiation of schedule, product cost and quality requirement, resolve "assumptions" in quotation, to freeze the product spec. for project kick-off internally
- To monitor the project schedule, product cost and quality requirement during product realization stage, monitor the contingency plan to manage the risk
- Coordinate the cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, develop solutions and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead project schedule to make sure a timely, cost-effective and quality delivery via working with cross-functional teams from various countries
- Control the excess material and return rate monitoring during product productization
Requirement
- Degree in electronics engineering, project management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in engineering field with project management of electronics manufacturing industry
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in writing and speaking English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Willing to stay in our Dongguan plant 2-3 days per week
