Our client, with manufacturing plants in HK is looking for the candidate with the following details: 

Duties

• Work closely with the Management in plants/ facilities maintenance and operation enhancement 
• Plan, execute and maintain the engineering activities of the plants 
• Identify the needs of the production machinery and equipment
• Design, execute and modify the maintenance plans of electrical and mechanical machinery 
• Source, liaise with contractors for pricing, installation, storage and maintenance 
• Provide technical support and advise to the production workers in machinery operation 
• Review, advise and enhance the machinery design, installation and maintenance 
• Machinery problems study and analysis to minimize the technical problem 
• Lead, motivate the team in providing support to the production line 
• Guide the team in Corporate Management System, Health & Safety, Hygiene & Food Safety etc. 

Requirements

• Higher diploma/ Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or relevant subjects 
• 8 years experience in manufacturing with supervision experience 
• Holder of Electrical License, Grade A is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD 
• Fluent Mandarin and English 
• Patient, independent and good interpersonal skill 
• Calm and good problem solver
• Able to travel to PRC, South Asia occasionally
