Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement provisioning order in messaging and SCCP services
- Coordinate with internal parties and customers for the implementation of provisioning order
- Review and validate service order with completeness, accuracy, achievable delivery date and service feasibility
- Conduct testing with internal parties and customers; continuously monitor the status of all service requests and manage the whole process from pre-sales to completion and handoff of the service
- Participate in managing and monitoring of the related messaging and SCCP system
- Support and collaborate with Engineering and Planning teams to ensure the network design and features meet the expected service requests
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in telecommunication, mobile messaging and roaming engineering
- Familiar in mobile messaging protocol and SCCP/MAP signaling
- Provisioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience are strongly desirable
- Knowledge in one or more : scripting and/or programming languages such as, or equivalent to Perl, UNIX Shell, C Shell, .NET, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, etc
- Knowledge in application architecture design is preferred
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
- Good reporting and interpersonal skills, mature, responsible and independent
