• Handle accounting duties, including billings and data entries
• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable functions and staff reimbursements
• Responsible for maintenance of fixed assets register
• Assist for month-end closing including maintain accounts schedules and reconcile current accounts 
• Provide clerical and administrative support for the business
• Handle logistic arrangement of internal and external document/material transfer
• Manage and record staff and direct labors attendance
• Ad hoc assignments as required 

 Job Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in accounting or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in accounting or administration
• Experience in construction company is preferable
• Good command of Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good Knowledge of QBO is highly recommended
• Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Good command in written Chinese and English
