Responsibilities:

• Responsible for our unique Huawei customer experience management tool to provide product solutions to our customers;
• Take initiative to understand our products and solutions to provide professional services such as product configuration, quotation, technical proposal preparation, price negotiation and contract arrangement etc;
• Keep track with the solution timeline with our leading-edge operating system ensure service customer satisfaction;
• Enrich your knowledge with Huawei innovative product and services, understand market demands and customer requirements and provide feedback to R&D timely;
• Fulfill product penetration, obtain bidding qualifications, and sales breakthrough in the major providers of communications services;
• Support and communicate closely with different stakeholders to ensure smooth process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline;
• With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories.
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
