Responsibilities:

• • Project management, coordination and contract administration for building services installation for building projects.
  • Manage and provide guidance for a team of building services engineers for project execution.
  • Manage the process of technical coordination and contract administrative coordination.
  • Managing to ensure that the execution of BS works of projects are in accordance with the Contract and the quality & safety policies of the Company.
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance work, particularly for a plant with commercial and production facilities
  • Maintain adequate security controls and review procedures periodically
  • Ensure quality cleaning & general services to be provided in the plant
  • To prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration and progress
  • Train / develop staffs and manage contractors, maintain discipline in the workplace and ensure safety at work
  • To promote Good Maintenance Practice and Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualification; and
• Chartered Engineer of any Engineering Council in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Disciplines; or
• 8 to 10 years of experiences in project management experiences within client/ consultancies and contractors
• Knowledge in E&M installation & maintenance work including MVAC / Fire Services / Plumbing & drainage / Electrical and builders Work / CCTV / Burglar alarm system
• Knowledge in the plant facilities including compressed air / ammonia refrigeration / water supply & treatment / steam boilers
