Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fleet maintenance, modernization and major repair works
• Provide on-site technical support, quality control and perform workshop supervision
• Supervise vendors/contractors in operations, maintenance work and capital projects of T&D systems
• Provide training and technical advice to technicians/mechanics
• Manage vendor performance to ensure the deliverables. 
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the vehicle maintenance manager
• Perform regular/ad hoc training, safety reminder, policy, user manual update, etc. to stakeholder.
• Implement improvement plans in fleet maintenance & operation
• Assist in review/preparation of test forms and working procedures
• perform operational duties beyond office hours as required
• Prepare monthly vehicle performance and usage reports, fuel consumption reports, KPI report, etc. for management review. 
• Implement EH&S policy to workshop operations
• Perform recommendation on new vehicle purchase to fulfil stakeholder’s operation need.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in automotive industry or engineering company is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
• Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1 and 2 vehicles
