Responsibilities:

• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (such as government authorities, internal teams, consultancies and contractors) to ensure projects delivered on time, cost, and quality standard to ensure the smooth delivery of whole project.
• Take charge of architectural design coordination, project planning, cost control and construction supervision to ensure our local development projects are completed in a timely and quality manner    
• Supervision and monitoring of site progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedules, and quality and cost are up to Company’s standards and requirements
• Ensure the specification, procedures, schedules and quality controls are strictly followed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years post-graduate working experience, qualified members of the HKIA or equivalent
• Previously worked on luxury residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in contract administration and experienced in converting concept design to construction details
• Self-motivated, can work independently and individually under pressure
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and MS software
• Occasional business traveling to PRC will be required
