DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with one of the well established global supplier of electronic appliances, they have been providing solutions from scratch to manufacturing. They are now looking for multiple Electronic Engineer / Mechanical Engineer (Global Supplier of Electronic Appliances) to join their on-going projects. The successful candidates must have solid design experiences of analog and MCU hardware design and have strong knowledge of home appliance.

Electronic Engineer Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Support engineering design of new home appliances
• Design electronic circuit, schematic capture and PCB layout
• Build functional prototype from conceptual design and evaluate the performance
• Prepare product test plan, fixtures and program for mass production
• Follow up production process and maintain concise, effective and regular communication with vendor.
• Minimum 4+ years solid design experience of analog & MCU hardware design
• Knowledge of home appliance or motor control or HMI or RCD design
• Solid experience on EMC design, verification and debugging
• Experience on schematic & PCB layout with CAD package – Altium designer is preferred
• Understanding of DFMEA & simulation, DFM & DFT are beneficial although not necessary 
• Familiarity with production environment requirement (RoHS & REACH) is beneficial although not necessary 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Responsible in handling mechanical design on product and component for automotive switch modules
• Working closely with project teams on solving technical and schedule issues 
• Prepare production of manufacturing and engineering drawings for parts and assemblies
• Responsible in solving and liaising with customers and suppliers on technical issues
• Projects follow up from R&D through mass production
• To assist in new product launch and problem solving on product quality
• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in designing plastic and metal parts, preferred in automotive industry
• Solid experience in CAE software, CATIA or Pro-E
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
