Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support Regional DC Design Manager to organize, coordinate and supervise the design of overall DC and BRC facility systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as design team expert for supporting new build and customer technical support.
Support Global Alignment of DC Design Frameworks and local adaptation.
Support for establishing and maintain Regional Core Engineering Standard c/w design KPIs performance specification and master equipment DBs at regional and country level.
Lead and manage the design integration management for new inventory/customization projects with vendor performance management to both external consultancy and general contractor's engineering teams.
Provide design solution support for pre-sales activities.
Lead and manage the design enhancement for new build, improvement works and operating facilities by R&D's achievements.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
8 years solid experience in building services engineering and at least 4 years in specific engineering discipline.
Experience with design and build construction projects.
Fluent in English, Chinese and conversational Putonghua is preferred.
