We are looking for an experienced, technical and motivated engineer to join us! Your main responsibility will be to drive our product and service development by sourcing, integrating and implementing sustainability such as building IoT, energy saving and air quality solutions. Your main goal will be to propose and deliver effective energy saving and air quality solutions to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Research and evaluate energy saving solutions in the IoT and E&M related market 
• Support integration of solutions into our Company’s platform in collaboration with our software and data team
• Identify and propose solutions for the customer based on a strong understanding of their objectives and needs
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Work with project team and take ownership including implementation activities such as the consolidation or preparation of design schemes, sourcing and negotiation with suppliers, supervision of contractors, quality control and communication with customers
• Maintain and build up positive relationship with potential and existing vendors, and partners including architect, consultant and contractors
• Effectively deliver and communicate results to our customers and build strong ongoing relationships 

Who you are

• Prefer being a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (Building Services, Energy, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) or an equivalent professional institution
• Prefer at least 5 years relevant post-professional qualification experience in the design or implementation of building services or performances related project
• Good understanding of building and to source, test, integrate and implement building energy saving or air quality improvement solutions
• Experiences to oversee, inspect, check, test and examine contractor’s workmanship, installation method and procedure for building services and E&M works
• Familiar with green building standards such as LEED, BEAM, WELL
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Communicate effectively with Company management and rest of team concerning the work, the client relationship, and support each other’s professional development
