PPSL is now looking for Senior Transport Engineer/Planner who is interested in developing a career in Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning. Candidates shall possess the following:

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in related-Transportation Engineering/Planning or equivalent;

• 2 to 6 years of appropriate working experience in Transport Engineering/Planning field after obtaining the academic qualification (candidate with lower experience may be considered as Transport Engineer/Planner;

• Familiar with traffic engineering and transportation planning fundamentals, relevant design standards, traffic modelling; 

• Able to work independently and act in a professional manner;

• Self-motivated, mature, and responsible with a grounded character;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Good presentation and analytical skills;

• Must be flexible and respectful to work in a multi-disciplinary environment;

• Willing to accept and active to create innovative and ground breaking ideas; 

• Immediate availability is an advantage; and

• Corporate Member of HKIE/HKIP or equivalent is preferred;

Job Duties: 

• Project management of transport engineering/planning projects;  

• Perform traffic modelling, preparation of tender documents and technical specifications, proposals and other bids;

• Preparation of design reports, drawings and other submissions;

• Coordinate with other key project leaders and clients for clarification and negotiation of critical issues; and  

• Provide transport engineering/planning supports to team members whenever necessary.
