Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in Electrical, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in lighting project management
• Proven experience in project management is required
• Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
• Excellent stakeholder management, networking skills experiences to manage customer relationship up to senior management level
• Excellent communications and presentation skills and experiences to deliver convincing presentation and reporting to clients and others through different communication channels in both verbal and written format
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Project Engineer”

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective project management of lighting projects
• Lead projects’ design, installation and maintenance activities to achieve in a timely and cost-effective delivery and full compliance with safety and quality standard and relevant statutory requirements
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders in relation with all project activities
• Ensure the planned & ad hoc maintenance works are completed according to the relevant standard
• Perform emergency call-out duties when required
• Follow order processing with other departments
• Strong relationship with customers to understand their needs and explain product value
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according customer’s need and objectives
• Resolving any post-sales issues
