Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform site inspection and report to Maintenance Surveyor the quality of minor repair works carried out at various locations throughout the HKSAR;
- Provide clerical support as required;
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent;
- At least 1 year relevant post-qualification working experience;
- Good command in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good communication skill, responsible and a good team player.
