Job duties:

• Provide full spectrum of professional assistance to Chief Commercial Officer in Business Development team;
• Schedule and attend meetings, co-ordinate with participants for follow up actions after meeting;
• Handle business correspondences, agendas, presentations, reports and documents;
• Ad-hoc projects and duties as required;

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
