We're partnering with top tier developer in Hong Kong. Currently, they're seeking for Senior Maintenance engineer with technical and facility management background to join their team.

Job Duties

• Maintenance, repair  E&M tasks and supervise daily operation 
• Monitor technician and team support operation of electrical systems
• Coordinate with in-house maintenance team, internal parties and contractors 
• Handling tender or compilation documents
• Attend the meeting, reports to technical manager 
• Ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Degree in Building Services/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines 
• Minimum 5-6 years experience in Maintenance or repair works with facility management/developer backgrounds 
• Register Electrical Workers with Grade B0 or above 
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
