Job Responsibilities:

• Expand customer base and develop business relationship with customers
• Prepare quotations and tendering documents after reviewing customers’ requirements
• Follow up maintenance and repair works, carry out site supervision and testing to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements
• Plan, implement and control daily operation procedures of engineering department
• Supervision and management of engineering team
• Be responsible for maintaining reliable operation, efficient performance and meet company’s target

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing system
• Previous working experience as Technical Officer / Engineer in property management company will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hardworking, with high level of integrity, passion for work and able to work under pressure
