The Job

• Client: 1) Engineering Consultant & 2) Main Contractor
• Position: (Senior) BIM Manager / BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler
  
• Responsibilities:
  • (Senior) BIM Manager: Drive BIM system and execution processes at all project stages; Provide training to internal staff to enhance their BIM skill set
  • BIM Engineer: Responsible for technical drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models; Coordinate with various parties to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • BIM Modeler: Engineering support for BIM projects such as graphic images, 3D images and animation at different project stages; Attend site coordination meeting
• $25-85K, medical, bonus;
  

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma or above in Construction, Architecture, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;
• (Senior) BIM Manager: CIC certified BIM Manager / Professional Member of HKIBIM; 8 years or above relevant project experience with 3-4 years BIM experience on large multi-disciplined projects; Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager
• BIM Engineer: 4 years or above relevant experience in projects with BIM tools
• BIM Modeler: 2 years or above relevant experience in BIM projects;
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
